A little bit less of me!

TGIF :))

There was a fight in my room today... it took four adults to break it up, and about 2 hours of police intervention... ending with one child leaving with what looked like a severe concussion, the other covered in blood, both going to the hospital and my classroom in complete shambles.

I have not one ounce of energy left in my body. Adrenaline is a funny thing. I am very sad though... I hate when my kids are in trouble... It really sucks... there is no better word for it. It just sucks.

I need a drink..... a really big one! This might do it! hehe

It seems to me like most of us in the blogging world had a bad week. Strange that!

Ahhh, such is a school day. =(
Truly exhausting. Here's to the hospitalized feeling better and things are working out quickly and appropriately.
Hang in there...three more days til holiday. I'm a-hopin' and a- prayin' that my students have a decent Turkey Day. I'm sure you know the feeling.

Now that's what I call a BAD day. I'm so sorry. You must feel so emotionally drained. Hope next week is more peaceful for you (and your kids)

Holly crapy. I couldn't believe what I was reading. You must be a teacher in a rough school? I give you credit and you deserve the most praise any teacher should ever get.

Well that and your going to be a "chin doll" mommie :-)

Ugghhhh....I come from educators in the family & here stories like yours too often.

Remember that you're making a difference, tough after a day like that, but you are.

25 years from now, when you're invited to a class reunion by one of your former charges, well, it will all be worth it!
