To all of the families seeing their newest members this week. There is no exact cut-off date yet, but it seems to be Nov. 30th, 2005. Until the CC*AA gets back from Holiday... their website won't be updated. So for now it's a measly 5 days... But at least we can say goodbye to the month of November, that only, sigh... took 5 months... I can't believe they have been referring Nov. 05 since May, I actually had to look through archives to see if it was true. And not even my own. I just realized that I hadn't posted about referrals since before last April. I guess I'm just getting numb to it all. Even the normal places to go and see referral pics have died down, and no-one really puts it out there anymore. The excitement is gone, the frustration has set in, this happy community has started to become sad and tired. I hope, really hope that the next few months start to pick up and the joy comes back. I miss all of that.
*** Updated... Someone in my DTC group just posted that their agency told them that the CC*AA received 4000 dossiers in April 07. I think i'm gonna go throw up now...

Here's the thing... time would pass whether we were in this line or not. I do take some comfort knowing that eventually my day will come and all this waiting will have a purpose at the end. So I'm sticking with it. Plus this is our only shot with China...I'm not starting over somewhere else.
Sigh. I feel ya.
I'm not normally one to wish time away, but MAN am I glad we'll be into December next month!! Here's to hoping the CCAA throw long and deep too!

So the CCAA is on holidays right now? So we probably won't hear until next week! I was hoping I would know by tomorrow .....UGGGG.
