Back to School!

It was a very busy end to the summer. I truly can't remember having such a fun filled, sunshiny summer. I spent way too much money having all the fun, but whatever... true fun is priceless, right?! I think I get a paycheck sometime in the next week or so... I HOPE! I started back to school on September 1st, and have been overwhelmed and exhausted ever since. Not in a bad way, just in a new job kinda way. I'm slowly navigating my way through a whole new world of teaching and participating in a school community like I never have before. I was in my own little world for the last 12 years, I rarely left my little space and anyone rarely entered... It's a whole new world of classrooms filled with children who seek me out to say good morning or goodbye, it's bordering on bizarre... (coming from my previous life!!) I am really enjoying it and each day flies by before I can even blink.

I have so much less time to get on the computer anymore, because I just don't feel like it when I get home. I have even less of a desire to be on f@cebook. It seems more and more lately that some people are just using it as a platform for negativity. I rarely go on anymore, and my status updates are often just dribble or pictures. I need to just post here on a more regular basis, and stay away from the drama on there.

Well... I just don't have much to say right now... or I'm just to tired to form complete sentences! So, I'll be back when I have something less boring and more witty to talk about!
