Thank you to those who emailed me & commented yesterday... After a long week and so much frustration and sadness... (there was some other stuff about one of my kids that I can't really put out there, but it too had a huge impact on the crappiness of the week) I think I had a need for small meltdown. I didn't make any phone calls... but had a good cry, and went to bed with a headache. I feel better today. Thanks for caring! And for listening to me whine!

I feel for you and the position you have been put in. I know the feeling of having kids that I know, and every teacher in the department knows, shouldn't be there. For some strange reason the courts or the bodies that be who have never been in a classroom put them there until something BIG happens for them to be moved. It is a crazy, hectic, scary time for all involved.
I'm glad you didn't call the guy. Not worth it. E-mail me and I will give you my number. I will chat with you anytime - day or night. My kids don't all have the emotional issues that yours have, but I do understand the frustrations that come with the job. I will listen any time you need.
