Today Maddie joined my dear friends Jane & Erik in Xi'an, China. I met Jane many years ago through my good friend Joanne. I remember the day we both discovered that we were going to adopt one day. We sat on the beach and talked for hours about the day we would adopt our daughter's from China. And today she did. I am so excited for her and Erik and big brother Connor. I can't wait for them to come home so I can love on those big beautiful cheeks....

I forgot to mention that isn't it cool to see the picture of Ben who will meet us at the airport and who might possibly make us late to our flights?!?! Just to be in that situation... =)
