Well Last week it was a 2 hour lockdown because of a bomb threat...Today we had the pleasure of sitting outside in the 85 degree sunshine for 3 hours, never to be allowed back into the building, because some 8th graders thought it would be fun to set the school on fire. Pure fun, I tell ya!
I've had enough of these kids, I want this year to be over. This 8th grade class is the worst group of kids I've ever seen. They make my BD kids look like choir boys.
PS.. Say a quick prayer for my Parents and Kelly & Jay. They are facing evacuation due to a raging fire in the area. It's not looking good. The wind is increasing and spreading it quickly. My dad is still not home yet, as he can't find a way to get there. Every road is closed and he's trying to get to my Mom as we speak. Looks like I may have some overnight guests!

Oh YUCK!!!
We had a lot of bomb threats one year. At least once a week we were up at the football field while the police went through the buildings. It was crazy! It wasn't until the principal said we would be making up the lost time at the end of the year did all of the nonsense stop.
We only have NINE more days!! I am so ready for it to be over. I hope yours is almost over too!
