I BOUGHT THE HOUSE I LOVE !!!
Well officially, I'm in attorney review, getting the house inspection next week. Then starts the packing, as they want to close on the 30th OF THIS MONTH!! Holy crap....
So. Very. Much. To. Do.
I'll post when I can, always thinking of you all, and keeping up with ya when I can!
P.s.... Just wanted to leave a marker, that today is that day... May 1, 2007. New regulations go into effect. Had I not started this process when I did, I would not be in the place I am today. Momma to be, new home-owner, STRESSED OUT chic on a mission!! So in my completely backwards way of life... I guess all things do happen for a reason and in the time they were meant too!

I am soooo very happy for you. I was checking in on you to see if you had heard of your LID yet - but a new house is just as exciting, and all I can say is "YEAH FOR YOU!!!!!". I hope that the inspection and closing go smoothly and best of luck to you as you start packing.

Hi Kristen, this is SUCH exciting news...like you, I am amazed that we are all in this spot - on this journey to our babies together. Congrats on the new place - it's a lot of work - but totally worth it - especially since it's the HYL!

CONGRATS!! You're going to love having your own home! It was the best decision I ever made (well, next to my decision to adopt...hehe!). One note of advice if I may...label EVERY box and when you pack the moving van, pack the boxes that from the back of the house to the front. That way, you are not tripping over any boxes as you unpack the truck!! Julia is going to love her new home!!
