Well Happy New Year it was... Went with the man to a small gathering of friends at Mandy & Billy's house.
The kids were running all over the place, playing games and having fun. The adults were enjoying the company of each other while sipping yummy cocktails and eating lots of great food. It was a really good night and such fun to ring in the New Year with great friends and my sweetie.
So much happened in the adoption world during those last moments of 2008... Families came home, referrals were received.... It was a Happy Holiday season for many. Congrats to you all, may this New Year be filled with the most precious moments for each and every one of you.
