My first day back was busy and tiring. God, I forgot how much it hurts to get up that early. The good part that was since this weekend is a bust for the shore crowd.. my travels home were not that painful. I basically got my room set up, avoided any unwanted advise on IA, had a great lunch with friends and hit the road early enough to get home before the wind and rain really hit.

my favorite folk/jazz singer Amos Lee serenading me, and should really turn this thing off due to the fact that I think my house may just blow away!!

We made it through Ernie. Lots of flooding and some branches down. Can you believe they didn't even cancel/delay school for our district only?!!
